We agree on the turnaround time once the order volume is known — communicating with each client individually. The timeline is usually agreed separately for each project, ensuring photorealistic quality without sacrificing accuracy.
What materials do I need to provide to start a render?
A floor plan or existing photos are enough to get started. You can use your own brand materials, colors, and furniture, or our own furniture and materials library — the choice is yours.
Is 3D rendering suitable for new (off-plan) projects that aren't finished yet?
Yes — this is one of the most common use cases. From architectural plans alone, we can create fully photorealistic images before the building's foundations are even poured, letting buyers and investors see the finished result already at the sales stage.
Do you work with clients outside Latvia?

What payment terms apply?
The standard arrangement is a 50% upfront payment when the order is confirmed, with the remaining 50% due after the work is completed. Pricing and payment terms are agreed before work begins, so there are no surprises.
